Meet Heidi
I am a Wife, Mom, Best Friend, Sister, Daughter,
as well as a retired Medical Care Provider.
I am a personal and professional care provider to the core of my being and I love it! I have also experienced the pitfalls and struggles of caregiving and am now working with others so that they can learn to find balance and manage caregiving. Being a care provider shouldn’t be painful, or cost you anything…caregiving should be a win-win.
I have been coaching people as they “work on their lives” for many years. Family, friends, and coworkers have been coming to me to “use as a sounding board” and to “get direction” for all different aspects of their lives so I decided that maybe they knew something that I hadn’t yet put together. After spending time looking into the coaching profession, I knew that coaching was what I was meant to do.
I am an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a member of the International Association of Coaching (IAC), and a graduate and Master Practitioner in Energy Leadership through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). With my passion for helping others, I have found my personal calling working with people who provide both personal and professional love, support, care, and guidance for others.
As your Coach, I am fully committed to your success! My expertise lies in my ability to inspire those who want to discover their strengths and align them in all areas to make a passionate, purposeful, fulfilling, and meaningful arrangement of their life, work, health, and spirit. My coaching style is light, yet swift and focused, with some humor sprinkled throughout. Expect me to listen with open ears and mind, to be empathetic and gently point out limiting beliefs and the truths you may be stepping around; to support, encourage, and cheerlead you as you move confidently and steadily toward your goals. I am a true believer in the human spirit and that all answers are within you. I am passionate about supporting my clients and together we will create a safe coaching space for you.
